Eagle Eye Golf Journal ("Eagle Eye," "we," "us") is a golf-journal app that lets you log your rounds, track your shots and clubs, and review your stats. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the app.

Information We Collect

• Email address. When you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address to authenticate you and secure your account.
• Account identifier. Your account is assigned a unique user ID that is used to associate your saved rounds with your account.
• Your golf content. The rounds you log — including scores, hole details, round focus, notes, and club (bag) data — are saved to your account so you can access them across sessions.

Information That Stays on Your Device

• Scorecard photos. Photos you capture of your scorecard are stored locally on your device and, if you choose, in your own photo library. They are not uploaded to our servers.
• Course searches. When you search for a golf course, your search text is sent to our course-lookup service only to return matching results. It is not stored by us or linked to your account.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above solely to provide the app's functionality: to sign you in, to save and display your rounds and bag data, and to look up golf courses. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your data.

Tracking

Eagle Eye does not track you across other apps or websites. The app contains no advertising networks, no third-party analytics, and no data brokers.

Service Providers

We use Supabase to store your account and round data, and a course-lookup service to return golf course search results. These providers process data only to deliver these features on our behalf.

Subscriptions

Eagle Eye Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Your payment information is handled by Apple and is not collected or stored by us.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your rounds and account data are retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below, and we will delete it.

Children's Privacy

Eagle Eye is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
